sunlight lover

late last night I tried falling asleep,
but the night had a big mood of talking

i can tell you this because of its manner
of giving that subtle smile to me

didn't take much to go out of my cozy bed
letting its thrill bud inside me

so the day, the sunlight lover… it guarded
my dreams in the spirit of the night

even the happiness took the shape of me
while a velvety whimper filled my rousing
